A story of a princess in need of sanctuary, from her evil emperor father. A handsome dragon who needs her help. A sentient world in need of an avatar. Loved Brenn,is a half Drai princess with a talent for city planning. Dret, is, a Drai sleeper, who is helping his choosen home world Dharton bring the Citadel to him. Dharton the sentient world they meet on, and dream of each other. Hope there will be more stories from Citadel Dharton!Product details

I would always recommend viola grace books they have great short stories. The plot and the story line are always consistent
Great read just like all her other books. Strong women character who know what they want in life and don't back down from a fight.
I enjoyed this one yes it dips in to the darker side but it was still emotionally strong. Strong female character and a sweet understanding alpha male.
A great heroine with unexpected twists and turns in the plot. A fun science fiction romance short story.
I love the short stories with the Drai from Viola's books. This one was just as enjoyable as the others. It is a little on the dark side at times but keeps you on the edge of your seat until the end.
I have most of Viola's books, missing a few of the crossroads series. That's over 300! And I can honestly say I have read them all at least 10 times..I have never had a read I didn't love. My only complaint is she does not write fast enough and I wish she wrote longer stories, but she has good reasons, lolI
It is possible I didn't read the description close enough, however this story disappointed in several areas.
1. This is a short story, I thought it was novel length.
2. The main characters were portrayed with very little depth.
3. Additionally it was a bit boring. The sample was promising which is why I purchased it in the first place.
4. It should have been free or maybe 99 cents--not 3.99.
5. A very simple story almost seems like it was written by someone either very young or very inexperienced with writing.
Assuming this author continues writing I think I'd wait at least a few more years before trying another one of her books.
